Members of Wilberforce Chambers have deep and wide-ranging expertise and experience, both in advisory work and litigation, in respect of matters concerning charities.
This includes members being instructed on pure charity matters, as well as cases involving charities which give rise to issues within Chambers’ related areas of expertise including, amongst others, trusts and tax. It also includes experience of acting for Attorneys General in charity matters (UK and Cayman Islands).
