  • Paul is speaking on ‘‘It all happened so long ago’: problems of proof and evidence in pensions law’.
  • Sebastian is speaking on the Virgin Media case.
  • David is speaking on ‘Dealing with surplus – and looking at discretions‘, with Dawn Heath and Lauren Jackson (Freshfields).
