Lemuel Lucan-Wilson is speaking on day 1 of Trusts in Litigation 2024, 7th annual conference.

He is speaking as part of ‘Debate: Should anti-Bartlett clauses be a get out of jail clause for Trustees?’ which will cover points such as ‘Can Trustees escape criticism by simply not engaging?’ and ‘Orphaned assets- are they a problem?’. Lemuel is speaking alongside Gareth Roberts (Baker McKenzie), Peter Gillis (Stephenson Harwood) and Elliot Goodman (Clermont Trust).

Wilberforce Chambers is also sponsoring the event, hosting a walking tour with a visit to the Budapest Opera House & Farewell Drinks Reception.
