Emer Murphy is speaking at ‘Take Notice – a joint Property Litigation Association/ Property Bar Association panel event’. Emer is speaking with Justin Bates KC (Landmark Chambers), Richard Cressall (Shoosmiths) and Kate Andrews (Hamlins).

This panel event will involve a broad discussion facilitated by the Chair, Rebecca Campbell (BCLP) covering recent trends and developments following changing economic conditions and market demands as well as specific issues emerging from recent case law. The discussion will identify and debate issues relating to notices in both residential and commercial contexts, with each member of the panel giving their specific experiences and perspectives.
