Robert Ham KC is speaking at Informa’s 10th annual Transcontinental Trusts: Bermuda conference.

He is speaking as part of  ‘International Trusts litigation roundup’, which will cover an overview of recent international litigation concerning trusts. Robert is speaking  alongside James Price (Stewarts Law), David Brownbill KC (XXIV Old Buildings) and Jonathan Arr (MacFarlanes).

Other talks will discuss topics such as –

  • The increasing importance of the Middle East as a financial centre
  • An overview of recent international litigation concerning trusts
  • Exploring the growing use of ‘passion’ assets in HNWIs’ investment portfolios
  • Pre-election planning for Americas & Europe (USA, Canada)
  • Digital assets & trusts
  • Sustainability of trusts vs foundations

The event will take place from Wednesday 19th June to Friday 21st June. Robert is speaking on Thursday.
