The Edward Nugee Memorial Lectures return this year at a new venue: 58VE on Victoria Embankment. These will be topical pensions law seminars delivered by our barristers, taking place every Tuesday evening in June. Each lecture will be followed by drinks on the top floor (and terrace, if the weather permits) with spectacular views over London and the Thames.

Litigation against Pension Scheme Trustees – presented by Fenner Moeran QC and Thomas Robinson

• Enforcement against a trustee’s pension rights: ss. 91 & 92 Pensions Act 1995
• When does a claim survive a trustee’s bankruptcy: s.281(3) Insolvency Act 1986
• Considerations arising from a trustee’s insurance policy
• Other routes to success
