We are delighted to announce an upcoming event championing female entrepreneurship, innovation and modern business practice. At lunchtime on 19th May, Wilberforce will be hosting An Audience with Julia Streets, featuring a panel discussion of topical issues and challenges businesses are tackling in 2022. Julia Streets is a city entrepreneur, founder, CEO, advisor, mentor and investor. She runs her consultancy helping financial and technology firms grow and travels the world (physically or remotely) hosting and contributing to senior discussions and debates on some of the world’s most important industry stages, drawing on her experience as a sell out stand up comedian.
She is also the host of DiverCity Podcast with listeners in 50+ countries around the world and named as one of the world’s top 10 influential diversity podcasts. The podcast and her blogs are featured on CityAM.com and she is called upon to speak and advise organisations considering how best to drive greater equity, diversity and inclusion in their organisations.
Julia has been awarded many city accolades including named one of WeAreTheCity’s 2022 “Gamechangers”, was a “Woman of the Year” finalist in the Women in Finance awards and has been listed in the Global Diversity List as one of the 20 global champions for the past two years.
