Court of Appeal case Grupo Mexico v Registrar of Companies features in The Times
The Court of Appeal case of In re Infund LLP (Grupo México SAB de CV and another v Registrar of Companies (England and Wales) and others) appeared in yesterday’s edition of The Times (16th January 2020). John Wardell QC and Emily McKechnie represented Grupo Mexico (the largest mining corporation in Mexico) and its CEO Mr Larrea. It is the first case to consider the court’s power to rectify the register to strike off an active LLP.
