Tiffany Scott QC and Charlotte Black to appear in Supreme Court case of Sequent Nominees v Hautford

Tiffany Scott QC and Charlotte Black will be acting for the tenant (Hautford) in Sequent Nominees Ltd v Hautford Ltd being heard next month in the Supreme Court, instructed by Mark Steggles of Thomson Snell & Passmore.

This is a landmark case in the landlord and tenant field, concerning when it is reasonable for a landlord to refuse its tenant consent under a lease.
