Jack has a busy courtroom based commercial and insolvency practice with particular emphasis on commercial fraud, shareholder disputes, trusts and technical insolvency. In particular, Jack has considerable experience acting in high-value and complex disputes regularly in cases involving an international dimension, often appearing on his own against KCs or senior junior barristers. He has recently appeared unled or leading larger teams both at appellate level in the Privy Council and Court of Appeal and in trials in the Commercial Court, Business and Property Courts as well as the courts of other jurisdictions.
